My friends i want to invite you to s small raffle today.

The girls from  PR Austria, first of all Friederike Findler, Barbara Sprick und Petra Leitner, have been so kind and made some really nice items available for the raffle. Thank you very much again !!
After some time of reflection, how I could give away the objects, I‘ve decided to hold a little guessing game.
You can see my little piggy bank’ here. I want you to estimate how much the total amount of Euro-coins and Euro-banknotes are  in this bottle (from 1 cent coins up to 100 euro notes is everything in the bottle).

The collaborations are part of the company’s new global brand initiative Transform Today , which aims to connect with the creative spirit in us all and to inspire artistic transformation around the world.

  •  Woodkid, also known as Yoann Lemoine, is a French multi-talent who constantly transforms from illustrator to designer to director to musician.
  •  Aaron Koblin is an American digital media artist with one foot in art and one in technology, known for his transformative visualization of digital data.
  •  Yiqing Yin is an emerging fashion designer from France who has already challenged and transformed the traditional world of haute couture.
  •  Rafael Grampá is a Brazilian graphic novel artist who transforms graphic design by lookingat each page he creates as choreography, not just simple storytelling.

The idea of Transform Today was introduced in the US during preview events in Brooklyn and San Francisco, where entire streets were transformed into local artist showcases. The events were a demonstration of the type tangible transformation that audiences can expect from upcoming phases of the campaign. Starting today, the campaign launches globally on absolut.com, which features artist profiles with intimate videos introducing the creators, the ideas that inspire them, and the goals of their work. Beginning in November, collaborating artists will open up their creative processes for global audiences both online and in real life. Coming to life through a series of interactive events, the initiative will offer participants the opportunity to explore their own creative potential through a variety of media, enabling them realize their own ability to create the future.

“I am a person who gets bored very easily, and I constantly seek to evolve. But transformation is not denying who you were before – it’s about being something more, something new and something better,” says Woodkid. “There are millions of things that I haven’t tried that I would love to explore. Absolut Cherrykran

Hi my friends, i’m very sorry i didnt post some more news the last weeks but sorr i had no time. But finally i’m back again and can present you something new.

Today I’m very proud to present you the brand new Absolut Cherrykran. The new vodka from ABSOLUT offers the rich character of sun-ripe cherries, followed by notes of fresh white cranberry and sweet plum.

“ABSOLUT Cherrykran is something brand new in the vodka segment,” says Maxime Kouchnir, vice president of marketing for ABSOLUT.  “With ABSOLUT Cherrykran, we’ve created a unique, modern flavor that brings together the richness of cherries, a smooth hint of white cranberries and the sweetness of plum in a sophisticated spirit that’s ideal for mixing.”

The taste is fresh, fruity and smooth, with notes of ripe berries and natural sweetness. It has a warm feel, with and a long, slightly sweet finish.  ABSOLUT Cherrykran is made with all-natural ingredients and contains no sugar. The design of the bottle  is bright and poetic and i think its very well done again.

The Cherrykran will be available in the US market from 1st May and will be available in following 3 sizes: 50ml, 750ml and 1000ml

ABSOLUT Wagner

The worldwide ABSOLUT VODKA Blank campaign allowed a lot of speculation. Is it just an art project? Can we see the spectacular designed bottles in stores in the future? The in Germany shown tv spot about the Blank campaign adverts the launch of a limited edition to the spectators. After a lot of discussions now we have the assurance – The ABSOLUT Wagner is going to be released in Germany.

ABSOLUT Miami

The rumors have simmered long and now it’s so far. With the ABSOLUT Miami ABSOLUT Vodka presents the sixth limited edition bottle of the series of city editions.
A combination of Zitrusaromem, passion fruit and orange blossoms reminiscent of the “Sunshine State”. The design of the bottle has a bright, playful images of palm trees and flamingos in front of a translucent turquoise background.

The ABSOLUT Miami is the first bottle from the city edition, which will be available in two sizes – 750ml and 1L.

Absolut Crystal bottle

As you may have read it in the news, ABSOLUT is will release a new, glamorous edition this fall season, the Absolut Glimmer. ABSOLUT has created a campaign for Duty Free stores in cooperation with Skogsberg & Smartand has also created a completely new bottle, the ABSOLUT VODKA Crystal, and is planning to initiate a premium sales parallel to the Glimmer edition.

The ABSOLUT VODKA Crystal bottle is a handmade by Reijmyre Glassworks. The bottle will be sold in empty condition and can be filled with 1 l of ABSOLUT VODKA (offered with a 1 l bottle of ABSOLUT VODKA in Duty Free stores). The bottle will be sold together with 2 grinded glasses and a cone in a leather box.
The bottle has been made of 100 & authentic crystal glass, at the bottom of the bottle you can find a serial number and you also receive a certificate which has been signed by the glasartist of the company Reijmyre Glassworks. Only 800 pieces of this example have been produced. You can’t buy the bottle as single one, only as a package as already mentioned above. The European Duty Free shops will offer only 12 of those examples.

London Heathrow T3 and T5 – from 22 nd October onwards
Schiphol – from November onwards
Istanbul – from November onwards
Frankfurt – from December onwards

Unfortunately this edition has its price, the whole package will cost about 1000 US $.

Absolut Glimmer

This year’s limited edition of the Swedish Premiumspirituose ABSOLUT for Christmas is called Absolut Glimmer.

This year it is not a case for the bottle itselfe like it was in recent years (last years’ Absolut Rock ‘, two years ago, Absolut was Masquerade’), but the bottle itself is changing for the first time in the brand history. The bottle is polished like a gem and reflects the incident light into sparkling facets. Of course, the shape of the bottle itself remained unchanged.

This limited edition will be released worldwide and in the sizes 700ml, 750ml and 1000ml and will be  available in winter of this year.

In an extensive PR campaign the brand launched a co-operation with five of the most creative designer in Germany. Esther Perbandt, Lala Berlin, Patrick Mohr, Sabrina Dehoff and Starstyling  designed a high-profile accessoriesline of Limited Edition.

“Our gift packages ABSOLUTELY ROCK, ABSOLUT MASQUERADE and ABSOLUT DISCO have now achieved cult status at our customers worldwide and are collector’s items. With this year’s limited edition ABSOLUT GLIMMER offers another highlight of the Christmas business, “says Katja Borsetzky, Marketing Manager at Pernod Ricard Germany.

The GLIMMER will be produced in a fairly high number,  just as  the Absolut Rock and Absolut Masquerade. No collector has to worry about getting this bottle for their collection.
